Considered returns for eligible jewelry
Eligible unused jewelry can be returned within 7 days of delivery with original packaging, invoice, certificate, and tags intact. Customized, engraved, resized, final-sale, and hygiene-sensitive pieces such as earrings are not returnable. Approved refunds are processed after inspection.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with the original box, invoice, certificate, care card, and all tags intact.
Customized, engraved, resized, made-to-order, final-sale, and hygiene-sensitive items such as earrings are not eligible for return unless a verified manufacturing issue is confirmed.
Inspection and refunds
Approved returns are inspected by the service team before a refund is released to the original payment method.
Pieces showing wear, alteration, missing components, or damage caused after delivery may be declined or returned to the customer.
