Aurum Vale Jewels provides a one-year service warranty covering manufacturing defects in setting, clasp, soldering, and finish. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss, stone breakage from impact, normal wear, or third-party repairs.
What is covered
The one-year service warranty covers verified manufacturing issues related to stone setting, clasp function, soldering, and finish under normal use.
Warranty review requires the original invoice and product assessment by the Aurum Vale service team.
What is not covered
The warranty excludes accidental impact, loss, theft, misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, normal wear, stone breakage caused by impact, and work performed by another jeweller.
